Molecular imaging technique can simulate in-vivo pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics to observe drugs’ in-vivo ADME/DMPK processes at the molecular level. With its outstanding advantages of in-vivo imaging, dynamic quantitative, self-control and continuous observation, molecular imaging technique changes the traditional method which has to sacrifice many animals in different time points and avoids species differences and intra-group differences. The imaging mechanism and tracers of animal PET and human PET are the same which can derive human studies from animal studies.
